PVC Fine Line Tape

The PVC Fine tape is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film, coated with a superior performance rubber adhesive. This tape can be securely affixed to plastic and metal surfaces and is designed to withstand temperatures up to 150°C. It will not shrink at high temperatures and conforms to the dimensional changes that occur during oven-drying. The tape is easy to tear and can be removed cleanly without leaving any residue or damaging the underlying surface.

  • Recommended for curves and irregular surfaces where the tape needs to mold on profiles without wrinkles or tears.
  • Particularly suitable for complex painting line separation, both for perfect surfaces and very irregular ones.
  • For temporary fixing or masking during car spray painting.
  • Used in automotive painting and other applications where a sharp, clean edge is desired.
  • Good adhesion to low surface energy materials (e.g., PP).
  • Good conformability, and particularly suitable for narrow curve masking.
